Hebron, KY, July 6, 2022 – Anderson Manufacturing gains another accolade as they are named number one, for the fourth consecutive year, in the United States Miscellaneous Firearms Production 2020 category by Shooting Industry.

This information is derived from the ATF’s (Ammo, Tobacco and Firearms) Annual Firearms Manufacturing and Export Report published earlier this year, and broken down into rankings by Shooting Industry in their article, U.S. FIREARMS INDUSTRY TODAY.

According to both reports, Anderson Manufacturing produced 439,559 miscellaneous firearms in 2020, with Palmetto State Armory as a stout runner-up at 289,537.

The ATF reports that, in 2020, the United States produced 1,324,743 miscellaneous firearms, indicating that Anderson Manufacturing accounted for 33% of the nation's production.

Miscellaneous Firearms wasn't the only category that you'll find Anderson Manufacturing in, they also ranked 40th in the Top 100 United States Manufacturers Category, and 21st in United States Long Gun Production.
Anderson Manufacturing, which began as Anderson Tool and Die, has been producing firearms for 13 years and according to Nathan Deters, Director of Marketing, they're optimistic moving forward.

"We take a lot of pride in everything that we do," Deters said," whether it be a complete rifle or a small piece, like a pivot pin detent. We want our customers to have high quality at the lowest price point possible and I think we do a great job. We will continue to seek out methods to improve and evolve our product to meet our customer's wants and needs."

According to Deters, the team at Anderson Manufacturing is motivated, "We have a new AM-10 line that just released at NRAAM (National Rifle Association Annual Meetings) and a few things left in the pipeline for 2022, needless to say, we're excited and moving full-steam ahead."
