Q: Can you ship to my P.O. Box?
A: No, we must have a street address.

Q: I placed an order, what happens now?

  • After we have received your order and your credit card company has approved your transaction, your order status will be marked “Processing”.
  • When your order is filled and shipped we will charge your credit card for the cost of your order.
  • We try to process and ship all orders in 3 to 5 business days. 
    • If you have ordered an item that is "made to order" such as a complete rifle, it may take longer to ship your order.
  • When your order is shipped, you will recieve an email with tracking information.

Q: I have experience some problems checking out. What can I do?
A: Update your browser or try a modern browser like Firefox or Google Chrome.  If you still have issues, contact support@andersonmanufacturing.com or call 859-689-4085 ext 1.

Q: Do you accept walk-ins or tours?
A: No.

Q: Do you accept local delivery so I can come and pick up my order?
A: No.

Q: What if my Anderson product arrives damaged?
A: If your item is damaged when you receive it, you must report the damaged item to us within 48 hours of getting your item. If you receive your item on a Friday, you must contact us by the end of business the following Tuesday. Read our return policy here.

Q: What if quantities are missing from my order when it arrives?
A: Please fill out the Missing Item Form within 3 business days after receiving your order if you need to dispute the quantity received. Anderson Manufacturing will NOT be able to issue refunds for missing products unless you contact us within 3 business days after receiving the order.

Q: What is your return policy?

Q: How soon do you process refunds?

A: Please allow 7-10 days before you see your refund posted back to your credit card account. Please wait to see your next credit card statement.

Q: How do I become a dealer?

Q: Do you have discounts for military or police?
A: Yes. Please get your account set up first before you place an order.  Click here to submit documentation and request that your account be changed to Police/First Responder/Military.  Once we verify your identity, you will receive a 10% discount on all orders.

Q: Are your bolts made from carpenter material or 8620 material?
A: Bolts are made from 9310 or Carpenter steel material.  Carriers are 8620 material.

Q: Are your barrels chrome lined?
A: We do have chrome lined barrels available as parts sold separately. 

Q: Do you have a catalog you could send me?
A: Unfortunately, no. The only catalog that we have available for customers and dealers is this website.

Q: I live in ______. Where can I go to purchase your firearms?

Q: Do you have a minimum order quantity?
A: No.

Q: Do you manufacture your uppers and lowers?
A: Yes, we do manufacture our uppers,charging handles, lowers, bolts, bolt carriers, hammers, triggers, and buffer tubes at our facility in Hebron, Kentucky. Beginning in 2019 we will be manufacturing barrels in our expanded Hebron plant.

Q: Can I order over the phone?
A: No, we are sorry. You can only order on the web site.

Q: Where do I send my FFL information when I order a lower?
A: Click here to submit FFL or other documents.  Or you can email the FFL to FFL@andersonmanufacturing.com or FAX to 859 813-5363.  If you fax, please send email to FFL@andersonmanufacturing.com to notify us.

Q: How will I know when my order has shipped?
A: You will receive an email directly from UPS with your tracking number.

Q: My state has specific requirements or restrictions, can I order from you?

A: Customers are responsible for following their local rules and regulations on all purchases. Please discuss the purchase as well as all details with your transfer dealer before ordering. It is your responsibility to be familiar with your current local gun laws BEFORE placing your order. As we are not located in your state, we may not have the most current information on your regulations. Some states may purchase restricted items for use in official LEO duties. Returns due to failure to transfer or follow restrictions may incur a mandatory restocking fee.
